What is your refund policy?

Full Cancellation

When booked, a deposit of 50% is due and in the case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of re-booking your scheduled retreat dates. Two weeks prior to your scheduled dates, the remaining 50% is due and if cancellation occurs after this period, a full refund is issued within 7 days of re-booking your scheduled retreat dates.

Your deposit is not refunded if we’re unable to fill your schedule retreat dates, although if cancellation occurs after full payment occurs, 50% of the full payment will be refunded within 7 days of confirming your cancellation request, regardless of whether or not we’re able to re-book your scheduled retreat dates

Partial Cancellation

If the number of people attending the retreat is reduced, we will refund a percentage based on the delta between the new and original number of participants. For example, if you scheduled the retreat for 12 participants and reduce it to 8, we’ll first determine the cost per person had you originally booked 8 participants and refund 50% of each person, without question. We’ll increase the percentage refunded based on the total number reduced.

Satisfaction

It is very important to us that you’re very happy with your team’s retreat experience. If, during or after your retreat occurs, you are unsatisfied with the retreat experience, we will work with you to refund a percentage of your retreat cost.

Any Refund

Any fees associated with receiving any payment and/or processing any refund are subtracted from your refund. We will work with you to minimize these costs in all cases.
